April 10, 2022 is the last day to pay your 2022 Harrison Pond HOA fees. A $25 late fee will be assessed to your account each month until your balance is paid in full. Starting in April 2022, if you receive a delinquency notice in the mail (monthly notices), you will also be assessed an additional $5 notice fee. If you are making your payment within 5 days of this date, it's recommended you use the Towne Properties Residential Portal to make your payment and avoid late charges.
