There are five open board positions open for election due to no Annual Meeting being held in 2020. Three 2 year terms and two 3 year terms.
Due to the Covid-19 virus, the Harrison Pond HOA Board is following detailed guidance from our legal counsel for this year's meeting:
- The meeting will be held outside, under the Hannah Park Shelter; look for the sign-in table when you arrive.
- Wearing of masks is MANDATORY.
- Social distancing (6 foot minimum) will be REQUIRED.
- Hand sanitizer will be available.
- Attendance should be limited to ONE member per household.
- If you sign and return a proxy form, you need not attend the meeting to vote.
- Please bring your own pen/pencil for voting.
- Meeting will be limited to 60 minutes (with priority given to voting).
- Questions, concerns, issues may be submitted in writing in advance of the meeting via email to brandonlong@townproperties.com.
